关于注册公司的问题

在添201表的时候，遇到了问题，希望大家能帮帮忙解答一下

1：在class of company 旁边有个special purpose. 到底这个special purpose是什么意思啊？自己看了半天网站也没有发现答案....我想把我现在的住址当作公司地址，是不是这样的话我就要选special purpose里面的home unit(HUNT)了？
2：关于share structure table这边，我们是2个人的公司,就是平分股份，是不是就选ORD就可以了？然后再把我们的details分别填到details of members?

1. No. if you are simplying setting up a company to run business, it should be proprietary company limited by shares, (not special purpose)
2. yes, that's fine.


consult with a professional if you are still uncertain. better you spend afew hundred dollars to have the structure setup right initially, then spending thousands to fix it later when sth goes wrong.
