Contractor Structure
There are 3 different structures that you may choose to go through as a contractor:

PAYG
If you choose the PAYG option then the processing of your pay, superannuation, Workers Compensation, Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurances, deductions and payments of taxes are managed by Candle. A 2.5% administration fee will be deducted from your pay each fortnight to cover the administration and maintenance of the abovementioned.

Please note that Candle pay on a fortnightly basis and 2 weeks in arrears.

PTY LTD Company
If you choose the Pty Ltd option then you will not be charged the 2.5% administration fee. However, you must supply proof of ABN, GST Registration, and Workers Compensation insurance. You must also be covered for Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurances of $10,000,000 each. If you do not have your own Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurances then you may purchase Candle’s at a rate of .90c per hour.

1。第二个option是需要我注册成一个公司码？我现在有anb soletrader, 有ＧＳＴ注册
2。那个Workers Compensation insurance.  Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurances 又是什么，要怎么申请呢？

1.是公司，你得去asic申请公司，申请完后会有个certficate of registration，然后还有acn
2.就是员工保险还有职业风险保障保险，你可以上ratecity查查不同的insurance policy quote，选个便宜的，或者你也可以买信中提到的Candle的
