郁闷中，请申请过CPA评估的前辈给点意见

一周前递交的申请，今天收到了确认信，但提出的要求让我哭笑不得，原文如下：

As you have supplied your own typewritten syllabus relating to your Bachelor‘s Degree, we require an official Statutory Declaration signed by a notary, stating that you have been unable to obtain an official syllabus from your University, noting the reason for its non-availability and that the information is true and correct to the best of your ability. Please ensure the Statutory Declaration is certified by a Justice of the Peace or notary.

不知道这是今年的新要求还是一贯如此？我本科毕业好些年了，学校根本不可能提供以前的课程描述，而国内的公证机构一般只会对盖有红章章的东西出具公证，这可怎么办呢？我能不能和cpa就这个问题negotiate呢？

请有经验的前辈指点，谢谢！

yes, that is normal. You can ask your university to issue a declaration. I did that a few years ago.

If ur asked to do so, then seems not negotiable. CPA is extremely strict with the subject done in china.

很简单呀, 就写一个STATUTORY DECLARATION 就行了, 简单几句就可以, 这个要求一直有的. 我就是懒的找学校盖章, 写个声明就通过了.

我当时也是这样做的，到newsagency去买一张，再把自己的syllabus写上去，给JP或警察敲章就可以了。
