Dear Valued Customer,
Maersk have been informed that DP World Australia has received additional Protected Industrial Action notices from the CFMMEU (Maritime Union of Australia division) for each of their Australian terminals at the following ports until the 30th of January 2024.
Brisbane: 22/01/2024 to 30/01/2024
Sydney: 22/01/2024 to 30/01/2024
Melbourne: 22/01/2024 to 30/01/2024
Fremantle: 22/01/2024 to 30/01/2024 (No Maersk Exposure)
Based on the updated dates above, the following will be affected by the planned Protected Industrial Action, and we will communicate the confirmed impact separately via our normal channels.

Stoppages of work for 2 hours duration commencing at 0500, 1330 and 2100 each day from Monday 22nd January 1300 to Tuesday 23rd January 0700.
Stoppages of work for 2 hours duration commencing at 0500, 1330 and 2100 each day from Tuesday 23rd January 1300 to Wednesday 24th January 0700.
Stoppages of work for 2 hours duration commencing at 0500, 1330 and 2100 each day from Wednesday 24th January 1300 to Thursday 25th January 2300.
Stoppages of work for 2 hours duration commencing at 0500, 1330 and 2100 each day from Monday 29th January 0500 to Tuesday 30th January 0700.
