电力公司要装smart meter, 目前的电表板太老，需要upgrade, 报价包括GST, 合计超$4,300是不是太贵了？
具体工作包括以下：
Electrical upgrade of one (1) multi-phase main switchboard including
1. Assistance in booking required metering adjustments with your energy retailer
2. Pre-build one (1) replacement switchboard in order to minimise the required power outage
3. Level 2 ASP disconnection of supply
4. Removal and responsible disposal of the existing switchboard enclosure, asbestos meter panel and unsuitable
electrical protection
5. Supply and installation of one (1) 600 x 600mm switchboard enclosure and meter panel
6. Supply and installation of upgraded service fuses and circuit protection, replacing unsuitable electrical protection
devices with individual circuit protection including residual current circuit breakers (safety switches providing
earth leakage protection) on all final sub-circuits and providing space for future additions
7. Supply and installation of one (1) upgraded earthing system
8. Provide space for the installation of your energy retailer's new poly-phase metering equipment
9. Level 2 ASP reconnection of supply
Test and commission in line with relevant Australian Standards
