burwood 整个1000来平的地就敢建20-30层 而且无限开发！无数高楼同时在建 就在现在！这个预测不知道是那个孽种干的！还有council和council规模也不一样！比如burwood 和 parramatta和canterbury bankstown规模能比吗？基数不一样！按比例burwood strahfield 等应该是供应量最多的！
