Australian crypto start-up Immutable is axing 11 per cent of staff – 32 roles – with chief executive James Ferguson blaming market volatility and macroeconomic conditions for the redundancies.

In leaked messages, Salesforce's CEO toned down a proposal to do an annual 5% stack ranking.
CEO Marc Benioff said the company would instead "exit" underperformers, reward high performers.
He also instituted mandated back-to-office policies, after previously slamming the idea.
