Location: TAS - Hobart
A successful candidate must have a solid knowledge of and experience with Japanese cuisine, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Duties:
Display a confident and creative cooking style or techniques in Japanese cuisine with a strong emphasis on consistency and presentation
Ensure high quality and presentation of the dishes before they reach the customer
Oversee the kitchen’s daily operations
Create menus with new or existing dishes
Follow health and hygiene standards in all food storage and preparation areas
Desired Skills and Experience:
Prior work experience in a similar role (at least 4 years)
Able to speak Japanese
