We can now confirm that your Driver Licence number was exposed. Please note that this did not include a copy of your licence or photo identification.

We have been working closely with the Queensland Government to support customers with an exposed Driver Licence number. The Queensland Government can help you replace your Driver Licence. Information on how to get a replacement Queensland Driver Licence can be found at tmr.qld.gov.au.

If you've applied to replace your Driver Licence since the incident occurred, no further action in relation to your Driver Licence is required.

Please note, given the current circumstances, there may be delays in receiving your new Driver Licence. We encourage you to remain vigilant in the meantime.

We can reassure you we’re doing all we can to protect you and our customers, including:

Providing a 12-month Equifax Protect subscription at no cost. To start your subscription, go to equifax.com.au/optus and enter your unique code xyz123

Notifying all key financial institutions and relevant government bodies, who are also on high alert.

Working with cyber security experts such as The Australian Cyber Security Centre who have provided advice for those impacted on their website or via their 1300 CYBER1 hotline.

之前听说Equifax 不好，老是搞错记录，是不是用了它家服务反而可能麻烦更多？

先换驾照吧，路局也是蜗牛，申请了一个礼拜才发信说已经标志了我的驾照，新驾照还不知道要等多久。

QLD不是免费的吗？而且我记得QLD是要给你换驾照号码的吧。
新洲不给换，因为说新洲现在查CREDITS，需要双号认证。
EQUIFAX好不好不知道，反正也只能只要了，先混个12个月再说吧。
