The Arts Centre Information Technology team has a vacancy for an experienced Business Analyst with Information Management skills. This is a key role with the incumbent needing to have high levels of technical and business skills to document business requirements, together with a strong ability to work closely with end users.

Whilst working as part of a larger IT team, the role has primary responsibility for providing business requirements documentation capturing a range of business needs in areas like finance, ticketing, web and IT infrastructure. Part of this role is to initially manage parts of the document storage system utilised (RECfind) working with end users to fulfil business needs.

The position will work closely with the Application development team and the Infrastructure team. The role will also work closely with various internal business units.
