We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Supply Chain team. This is a permanent full time position.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Logistics administration
• Export and shipping documentation
• Liaison with the Warehouse and Production
• Maintain communication in regards to delivery of orders
• Processing invoices
The purpose of this position is for the incumbent to work with goods moving in and out of the Country. They will receive, monitor and process daily freight movements whilst ensuring the correct paperwork is in place for shipments and their exporters.
To be successful for this role, you must have the following:
• 2 - 3 years experience with export documentation
• Experience in regulations for dairy export is highly desirable
• Understanding of basic accounts payable and receivable invoicing
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Data entry skills
• Good communication skills
• Be able to work under pressure and deadlines
• MS office skills
