· Excellent ability in English (Speaking/Writing/Reading/Listening)
· Good Communication Skills
· Must be proficient in the latest version of MYOB
· Accounts payable and receivable
· Manage Finance and debtor finance.
· Preparation of monthly reporting
· Oversight of payroll, assets and balance sheet reconciliations.
· Preparation of BAS, PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax and FBT;
· Preparation of annual income tax returns.
· Assist with the Cashflow forecast and Annual budget.
· Liaising with external accountants and external auditors to manage taxation
· Management of all ASIC requirements.
· Oversee and assist with high volume pay roll
· Experience with Recruitment or Labour hire an advantage
· Experience with Fastrack recruitment software an advantage
To be successful in the role, you must possess:
· Minimum 3 year experience as an accountant/ bookkeeper in Australia
· Experience with high volume payroll
· Starting salary $75k-$90K/year plus super, holiday pay, sick pay
· Australian Permanent Resident/ Australian Citizenship
