after make sure u buy the business, u ask the lease from the seller, and start talk to ur lawyer to check the lease and other things,, the accountant u need after buy the businese, to get ABN, or company name, before sign the contract, u need talk to ur accountant the tyoe of ur businsee, normally partnership or company, the accountant will tell u the difference and the risk,
the shop i bought was very cheap, because the business that time was only 2000 dollars a week, i just bought the equipment and the lease.
the business u buy depends on how many days u open, 5 or 6or 7, how much turnover, how many hours u open, how long the lease, and how old the equipment, the most important is turanover and rent, chcek first, my business now is worth about 100 grand, turnover is 5500 to 8000, and rent and outgoing /week is about 1100 dollars, most time of my business is 6000 dollars turnover. |
