有人接到过housing office的信要求换栅栏的吗？

最近接到department of health & human service的信，说是housing Office的，要求更换和邻居的分隔栅栏，而且要自己找人报价。来澳洲这些年还没遇到这样的情况，这种栅栏是过了一定的年限就要求换的吗？那邻居是不是也会接到同样的信，他们也要做报价？到时候以谁的为准呢？有没有知道的大神给解解惑？谢谢啦！

几十年没换过的多得是，除了违规的例如过高之类的，还没听说过有被第三方干预的。。
现在的fence是什么情况？信上有没有写原因？

没写什么原因，只是说需要换了。Fence也不是非换不可的状态。我们没有租给什么机构，邻居好像觉得也不像租什么机构的感觉。所以觉得很奇怪。

那么应该是你的邻居或者是相邻的物业是公屋， 政府的福利房， 政府负责维护。

为什么换， 因为要么政府说要换， 要么里面的租客要求政府维修或者换。因为FENCE的相邻物业是你家， 安装期间会有影响所以需要让你知道。

有什么奇怪的么。
