简单讲解个人如何开通投行券商账户申请IPO或者其他项目

现在二级市场很火，看到很多人都在问除了散户渠道申请IPO，还有什么渠道可以申请，我自己玩这个大概玩了5年，把这几年的经验分享给大家：

澳洲的IPO大部分都不开放给散户，大部分只有INSTITUTIONAL（机构） BOOKBUILD 和 Sophisticated and Professional （专业投资者）investors BOOK BUILD.

机构部分不适合散户，基本上都是持有AFSL的资金管理池，这里我们个人可以玩的是 Sophisticated 投资账户，要拿到这个账户你需要在开户的时候找会计签一份708 certification，具体的要求请联系自己的会计查看详情。

基本的游戏规则和流程：

1. 找全服务证券行（我自己基本就用3个券商可以做市面上90%的单子，原则上一个券商可以申请各个单子，但是实际上好的单子基本上只有Lead Managers 和 underwriter可以申请 ）开户，可以打电话或发邮件过去

2. 证券行收到你的电话或邮件后，会指派一个Adviser帮助你开户，提交资料或其他咨询事宜

3. 正式开好户后，所有的项目都会邮件发给你，你可以选择申请金额或者不申请，具体的资料项目邮件都会有

我个人建议单子比较多，需要开的4个户：（其他的可以自由选择，或者根据项目选择）

我澳洲个人证券账户基本上就用这4个，也基本可以满足个人散户的项目需要，现在市场不错，祝大家多多赚米。
