Hello! My name is Kathryn (Chinese name Yue) and I am an energetic and motivated tutor with extensive experience dedicated to helping you achieve the marks you need. I was previously a tutor at a major Sydney tutoring company.
My approach to HSC is very unique – HSC is like a sport and your exams are like the games you play. Immediate success is dependent on performance in the exam, long term success is dependent on motivation and the appropriate coaching and training. This mentality carried me through high school, converting my rank of 107 in Year 9 Maths into high band 6 scores. I believe that improvement is possible. I am confident I can help you achieve the marks you need and I will provide extensive academic support.
Since I just finished and experienced the New Syllabus HSC, I am well equipped to answer any questions. I believe good tutoring is also about the environment a tutor can create. I like to be able to support my students around the clock, so my email will be open for any small questions my students have.
Coming from the top school in the state, I know how tough the competition is. I know what it takes to succeed and the insider tips and tricks on doing so.
