我已经得到通知航班取消了，但是关于退款，没有明说，只有“If you would like to make a change or cancellation, you can do so on this page. The airline will confirm whether or not the free change/cancellation requirements have been met. If necessary, customer support will contact you regarding applicable fees.“ 我试了下，退款部分是to be confirmed。虎航退票政策是只给6个月的credit。我买了旅游保险，我宁可出excess费也不打算要那credit，但是不知道是否符合保险条款，因为保险要退钱，必须是没有可能拿到退款的情况，像这种给credit的是不是算可以拿到退款。 |
