海关要检疫，有懂的人吗？

在淘宝买的货，集运过来，今天收到悉尼的运输公司打来电话说，海关要检疫，要付260刀。让发邮件来。
随附的发票显示以下货物，实在看不懂那个要检疫了。我的货是那个 8088080113631 。

同时来了3个选择：
The cargo could not be released by the customs until it passes the examination, alternatively the consignment may be destroyed or re-exported. Charges apply for all three options.

Quarantine inspection. Quote is AUD 260 ex gst.
Destruction. Quote is AUD 80 per shipment plus AUD 20 per KG for held shipments.
Re-export. Quote is AUD 60 for transhipment charge plus DHL delivery charge (According to DHL’s rate, approximately AUD 300 for your shipment).

報關只看描述，很明顯不信你的成分備註，石頭或鐵製品
檢疫費太貴，檢疫官按小時收錢加上貨代的人工，一百還差不多不過貌似你沒有選擇。

您应该是因为没有报关，
系统检索的时候，单个字也会被提留出来，比如那个nut

不知道是发咨询在农业部网上的原因， 还是他们睡醒了，今天货运公司来邮件说，不用检疫了，海关放行了。
