关于VISA101

打算帮小孩申请签证101，要填写个表47ch,当中有问applicant 的电话和住址（表格里的用词是child's phone number)，以及option of receiving communication. 我的孩子才3岁不到， applicant 的电话我是直接写我的电话吗？然后 option of receiving communication 那我是选所有的communication sent to applicant??我理解的是applicant 是我孩子本人，但她才3岁哪有什么手机。 还是说communication option 那里选择authorised recipient..？ 另外关于所有表格里applicant 的签名。是我自己帮她钱吗？

表格前言第一页有写，父母可以代表16岁以下孩子完成并签名

If the applicant is a child who is under 16 years of age, the child’s
parent, relative or guardian may complete and sign the form on
the child’s behalf (depending on the visa for which the child is
applying).
