It appears that either you are very new to Strata Living or were living in a unit complex that had no bylaws or scant disregard for them.
I have had a look at your balcony this morning and am perturbed to note that despite your multiple assurances of removal of the mat, it is still there, albeit rolled up and propped on the balustrade as of 9.30 am today. This goes for the laundry as well. You are making extreme efforts at testing the patience of the managers and owners of this building.
I am not sure that you understand what I am trying to convey at all.
Let me make it very clear- The mat has to be COMPLETELY removed from the balcony. No ifs and no buts!
Thank you for bringing to my attention the other balconies that have laundry on them. If you could send me these photos on a regular basis, it would be of great assistance and would certainly make my life easier. I make random rounds of the building once a day at various times, and issue bylaw breach notices to those that I see during those rounds. We do not have a person 24 X 7 keeping a hawk eye on balconies, though committee members can do rounds time to time and brief me. Some of the photos that you have provided have not only already received breach notifications, but are also proceeding to the NCAT tribunal for further action.
I do not have to provide you with any further details or explanations, as I am not answerable to you, and only to the Managing Strata Committee of this building.
I suggest that you draw inspiration from the 98% of the residents of this building, that do comply with the bylaws, rather than the 2% that don’t.
Do also note that the bylaws for Sanctum are NOT an al la carte menu card, where you can choose which bylaws you wish to comply with and which you do not.
I refuse to provide this argument, that is completely lacking in merit, any further oxygen and WILL NOT be entertaining any further communication on the matter.
Should you choose not to comply, you will be in breach of your tenancy obligations and rest assured, further action will be taken. |
