15年5月申请配偶签证一直无消息，今天收到邮件说把我的case 转VACCU了

17年5月递交签证，
中间一直没消息。
最近等不了了催签了。
收到移民局回复说正在审理。
今天又收到另一个visa applicant character consideration department 的邮件，说因为之前一次section 10的犯罪记录。
有没有一样的亲啊？
我感觉我的移民之路太不顺利了，这一转不知道要等多久。
真的是无语死了。

What is a Section 10 order?
“Section 10” refers to section 10 of the Crimes (Sentencing Procedure) Act 1999.

A Section 10 allows a Court to find you guilty of an offence, but to discharge the matter without recording a conviction. This means that you will not receive a criminal record for that offence.

There are a number of offences that may be dealt with by way of a Section 10. The most common include less serious traffic offences, minor drug offences and criminal matters in the Local Courts. However, it is not impossible to obtain a Section 10 dismissal or bond for more serious matters that may carry a gaol term.

section 10是法庭仁慈豁免 通常是交通违法的 charge，比如冲红灯不交罚款酒驾之类

转到了 VACCU 是一件非常麻烦的事情，签证官会调出所有的相关记录，判断是否能够通过 品格测试，或者对社区是否存在危险。

我清楚啊，别说做police check ，在法庭上当场宣布我是section 10,也就是no criminal record,但是2019年2月，总理新颁布了一条法案是关于这一块的，所以现在审查的更严格了，我是很烦这件事情，主要是烦又要等不知道多久。
