Italian maestros, Dolce & Gabbana, are going online, with their first e-commerce site www.dandgstore.com set to launch this week. The site will reportedly stock the label’s ready-to-wear collections for men and women, along with their range of accessories; including beachwear, jewellery, eyewear and timepieces. The site launch comes hot on the heels of the announcement that the luxury label will reduce their prices, reportedly by up to 20 per cent, for the spring/summer 2010 collection. With lower prices and online shopping convenience, the savvy Italians are certainly keeping up with the times.
