Your payroll department/ staff is supposed to answer all your questions related to payroll.
Re when your final pay should be paid: different states has different rules and also depends on whether there is an EBA at your workplace. If you are in Vic without EBA, should be paid on your last pay.
Annual leave is an accumulated entitlement. all unused annual leave should be carried over into next year automatically. Any unused annual leave should/must be paid out upon termination, regardless whether is is a leftover from this year or previous years. This rule is applied to everyone in Australia, regardless industries, states or EBA or not.
Again, finding out your entitlement with your payroll is the easiest way as the answer is subject to many different situations. |
