没想清应该发到这里还是亲子教育版，考虑到这里美食家比较多，就发美食版吧
儿子刚上小学的K年纪，爸爸妈妈对学校搞的好多活动都不明所以，稀里糊涂的不知道干啥。这不突然收到了学校的邮件，班级里明天要搞一个Multicultural Lunch。好象是就是让每个孩子带自家的食品，大家一起吃的意思。
不知道我们的理解对不对？参加这种活动有啥要注意的？什么食品不能带啊？带点啥比较好？
大家有啥好意见，请给参谋参谋，谢谢了

Hi everyone,
．．．．．．
During the week you should have received a hard copy yellow note (headed "Education Week") which sets out the details of the Multicultural Lunch to be held in the classrooms this Thursday.
M (E's mum) has kindly agreed to act as the co-ordinating parent for us to assist in setting up the food in the classroom. If anyone else is available to assist, please get in touch with M directly.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
ALL children will be able to bring the food to share for lunch up to their classroom before school starts. Teachers will have the rooms open.
Please Remember:
* Label food halal, pork, gluten free, vegetarian
* All food MUST be free from ALL nuts
* Avoid foods that need reheating
* No lunch orders on Thursday
The Canteen will supply 50 paper plates and forks for each class. These must be collected by each class.
I recommend that each child brings their own drinks and remember recess will be as usual.
If you feel you wish to send your child something extra for lunch as fruit or snack it is up to you.
Finally, it will be up to each class and their class parents if they would like to follow up the dishes that will be sent in.
I hope all families will at the very least, if they are not able to share this day with their child, assist by sending in a dish for
their child to share so all the children can enjoy a satisfying lunch.

Follow up message
I have had a couple of requests that we check what is coming for lunch on Thursday. In particular to check that we have a sufficient numbers of savoury and sweet dishes, and not just plates of vegemite sandwiches!!
I think the best plan is if everyone sends an email to M and me indicating what plate they are planning to bring along. That way we can check what is coming in and make any recommendations (or suggestions) for changes.
No doubt lots of fun ahead for all of us!
