Remuneration package:
1. 90-110k base
2. Bonus
3. Annual salary increase
4. Additional 1 day paid leave yearly
The main responsibilities are:
1. Answering tickets from Helpdesk
2. Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate
3. Administration duties including software licenses, SSL certificates, domain registration ?
4. Junior to medium level of programming skills to support and develop simple web applications
Skills required:
1. .NET
2. SharePoint administration (Certification will be required within 12 months of start. Training will be provided.)
3. Dynamics 365 administration and functional (Certification will be required within 12 months of start. Training will be provided.)
4. HTML and CSS
5. Azure services including Wordpress, web apps, web jobs ?
6. Fluent written and spoken English
7. Previous exposure to customer support is ideal
8. Previous experience of working in digital agency is ideal
