颈部肌肤暴晒过度，怎么办呢？

07年去三亚度假，防晒没有做好，结果导致颈部后面的肌肤被严重暴晒了，有很明显的沉淀色素和感觉皮肤表面失去了光滑和光泽，近看很难看，结果大领子的衣服都不敢穿，夏天头发也不敢扎起来。 mm告诉我怎么办啊？哪个护肤品能帮我改善这惨不忍睹的皮肤啊。

好像有种清凉的芦荟膏，可以治疗晒伤后的皮肤，你可以去店里看看
还有，洗澡的时候尽量温度不要太高

这都07年了，玄啊

还有一个办法，穿低胸低领的衣服，把那一片都晒均匀

每天早晚用玫瑰果油（rosehip oil)按摩，坚持1-3个月，会看到效果的。
我脖子上有被油烫伤后的色素沉淀，在用了rosehip oil早晚按摩后，几周后就消失了，一点痕迹都没有。

有此去海边忘了给脖子涂防晒，都晒掉皮了，涂了些sun-burn的药膏，后来过了几个月慢慢正常了。
LZ是不是晒后没有涂药啊？

晒后当天晚上只是涂了lotion，隔天回来后缚了冰水，还有用兰姿的保湿lotion,不过一点作用都没有。我洗澡的温度一般在35－40度。是有点高。
不到最后关头都不想去激光换肤。

涂面霜的时候也涂颈，特别是防晒霜，不涂的话开车时正好晒到脖子和前胸，会变成两节色，好难看
