我自己买材料 vanity, taps,toilet,shower screen, led lights,tiles etc给我价格12000

Repairing damaged plaster and laying new recommended plaster as per Australian standard (AS/NZS 2589) for wall and ceiling.
Floor fixing and building a shower around 900*1200 with square side grate waste close to the window.
Shower floor will be tiled.
Wall tiling up to the ceiling.
Cornices will be installed after wall tiling.
Building one niche around 800mm* 350mm in shower area.
Installation a mixer tap and a head shower in shower area.
Floor tiling.
Installation a single basin vanity on the floor.
Installation a basin mixer. Installation a wall mirror.
Installation a new toilet in new position.
Replacing existing door in same size.
Installation a towel rail and a toilet paper holder.(for installation more accessories we charge $55+ GST for each) Installation a ceiling fan and two LED down light and one or two power point for vanity.
Window will be blocked. Resizing the existing window in same position with fixed glass. Wall will be covered with blue board from outside.( for be brick wall ,there is extra cost and will be arranged with a brick layer.($400 + GST). Tiling size will be Min 450mm*450mm or bigger. In case of using any smaller size or adding feature wall tile, client will be charged,
All plumbing and electrician works are done by a licenced plumber and electrician as per Australian standard (AS 3500 and AS 3000).
Waterproofing as per Australian standard (AS3740). Total $11000 Kayson supply: licenced plumber and electrician, tiler, waterproofing, skip bin, building materials (plaster, timber…) You supply: tiles, LED down light and ceiling fan( can be arranged with Kayson), grout Ardex in chosen colour(can be arranged with Kayson), vanity, toilet, taps, head shower, shower screen and installation(can be arranged with Kayson), toilet, tower rail, toilet paper holder, window glass(can be arranged with Kayson) basin, basin pop down waste plug,or anything that is not listed with Kayson.
昨天又来个builder，给了个15k的价格，说要我拔掉木地板换水泥板就可以减小浴室和外面的地板高度差，再加1k。
我觉得这房子推了重建吧 |
