The Role:
Morelli is one of Australia's local food distribution company located on Dandenong South. We are seeking a highly organised individual with previous administration and accounts experience to join our team. Reporting to the Accounts Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for supporting our staff with general administration and accounts processing. This is a part-time position working 24 hours per week over 3 or 4 days. It may require the full-time in near future.
Duties include:
Accounts administration including invoicing and generating purchase orders and accounts payable duties
Ordering stationary and office supplies
Answering incoming calls and directing as necessary
Site admin tasks including collecting mail and distributing, archiving documents
General administration support for site managers
The successful candidate will have:
At least 1 years experience with accounts administration and processing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Administration experience
Experience and competency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Myob
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
