About the Company
We are a small business,in Silverwater NSW 2128, providing products and services that cover most areas of the security industry, including alarm system, CCTV, intercom and access control. We are looking for an enthusiastic Technician / Sales Person to provide support to customers and Sales team.
Main Responsibilities:
• Pre-program and configure products for specific customer projects
• Provide courteous, prompt & efficient service support to customers via phone/email
• Booking, packing & programming of daily product orders
• Persuasively recommending products and services to customers and prepare quotes
Skills and Abilities:
• A sound knowledge of Electronic Security Systems and Products or qualifications in a related Electronics field are preferred but not essential
• Motivation to learn new knowledge or skill
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
