So before I make any changes to the report, I want to send an email first to ask around, see if anyone is still interested in these data. If nobody concerns, I will modify the report then.

We are now in the progress of report combination between report A and B as there are data duplication existed, further divisional detail can only be found from one report xx as a result of this change, I will appreciated your comments or advice if any ( or please let me know if any concerns).

this sounds very local.

I'm not going to send through report B any longer, which will be merged into report A available over the next week. I can keep any valuable data or info from report B remained as long as I am advised within the week. Please discuss this with me at your earliest convenience.
