·         Significant experience in managing projects and contracts associated with construction projects

·         Experience in managing work groups

·         Working knowledge of VESI design and construction practices for distribution and sub transmission network up to and including 66kV

Organisational Environment


The Ombudsman in Victoria is a constitutional independent officer of the Parliament.   The office is established under the Ombudsman Act 1973.


The Ombudsman promotes excellence in public administration in Victoria and seeks to ensure the highest possible standards of public sector service delivery to all Victorians.  The Ombudsman’s jurisdiction encompasses administrative actions taken by or on behalf of Government departments, public statutory bodies, and officers and employees of municipal councils.   The office also has some important functions aimed at ensuring compliance by state entities with certain specified Victorian legislation.


Accountabilities:


In the role of Desktop Support Analyst you will be responsible for Desktop and SOE Support which includes responding to all staff requests for advice and assistance and undertaking Information Systems Applications Management, including producing regular scheduled business reports. You will perform Ongoing Maintenance including periodic efficiency audits and maintaining documentation for all systems implemented.


You will also be involved in assisting with the preparation and delivery of staff training programs as well as the identification, evaluation and, where relevant, the implementation of new hardware and software technologies.


Key Selection Criteria:


To undertake the role of Desktop Support Analyst you will have demonstrated experience in an IT operations role in an office environment and sound computer skills.  


You will have good interpersonal skills with an ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders and a proven ability to work effectively as a member of a small team.


In addition you will have a sound appreciation of confidentiality requirements and will possess a tertiary qualification in the information technology field, or demonstrated knowledge acquired through hands on experience in an IT environment, including hardware and software fault definition and resolution.

没有工作经验不可以申请，因为招聘的就是有几年工作经验的，不是GRADUATE PROGRAM。

楼上的，照你这样说，HAYS，ETX，COMMAND，BSB，还有SEEK，CAREER网站。还有你自己当初找工作也是通过中介，所以你不感激别人，还反咬别人RIP OFF。

我的工作也是通过中介找的，目前还有中介联系我，特别是HAYS的PERTH， SYDNEY， BRISBANE，MELBOURNE基本都经常给我来信找人。

目前还需要招聘线路设计人员，高级变电站设计人员，任何招聘都是有中介费，不成功拿到OFFER不收费用。

我现在只是帮助大家提供一个机会，我推荐的人，当然有雇佣费（如果申请人拿到OFFER）。

中介费和永久稳定的政府工作比起来，哪个轻，哪个重，自然明了。

楼上的以前在国内是变电站值班人员，自从来澳洲好，也干类似工作，薪水确实是国内的好几倍，自然感激澳大利亚了。电力系统的都知道，国内3个好单位是设计院，中试所，中调，然后是供电局，最差的工作就是变电站值班的，电厂工作，这倒好，澳洲后一类工作路远，给的薪水高，自然从国内最差的一下跃到澳洲比较好的，那可不是一般的高心，所以就成天唧唧喳喳。

我现在的工作就是针对大陆人士，提供稳定，永久的好工作给他们，总比去干体力工好，所介绍的工作都是PERMANENT，FULL TIME， GOOD SALARY的工作。

我想LZ也是有助人之心才会发了这么多（即便是copy&paste 还是需要时间的）更何况加了注解。
因为助人而得到回赏，也不是什么rip off 之事啊。
很多公司都有推荐奖励计划，我们公司也有根据成功推荐人之年薪，有1000到3000 的奖励呢。难道这叫rip off 吗？

不是很明白，卡哥在成功推荐之后，公司给你奖励呢（这个很多公司都有这个政策，很普遍），还是卡哥自己要求收中介费？如果自己收，不知合法否。而且这些招聘信息，公司的网站上应该有的，我不知卡哥凭什么要收人家钱。
