AOS到底是什么变了？

我想问一下，AOS的担保收入问题，到底是哪里变了？

看置顶贴子里的计算器，之前的算法是NSA乘以被担保人数+小孩子之类，而现在的NSA是$582.80/两周(https://www.humanservices.gov.au ... /newstart-allowance)。但是新的政策是要求NSA income cut-off amount, CUT OFF AMOUNT 跟NSA是完全2个概念。这是这次造成涨价的区别关键点吗？

翻出来旧的政策 （https://www.legislation.gov.au/Details/F2012C00097）第12条，有兴趣的可以去看。Social Security (Assurances of Support) (FaHCSIA) Determination 2007


12            Income requirement — single assurer

         (1)   This section applies to a single assurer.

         (2)   The person meets the income requirement for a financial year if the Secretary is satisfied that the amount of the person’s assessable income for the year is at least the total of:

                (a)    the applicable rate of newstart allowance multiplied by the total of:

                          (i)    one (representing the person giving assurance under the assurance of support); and

                         (ii)    the total number of adults receiving assurance under an assurance of support given by the person; and

               (b)    the amount obtained by adding together, for each child of the person giving assurance under an assurance of support:

                          (i)    the base FTB child rate as at 1 July in the financial year; and

                         (ii)    the applicable supplement amount as at 1 July in the financial year.

The income requirement is equal to the NSA income cut-off amount (i.e. NSA income cut-off amount for a single person with dependent children as at 1 July in each financial year) for each of the adults involved in the AoS, whether they are an assurer, assurer's partner or assuree. That is the NSA income cut-off amount multiplied by the number of assurers (up to a maximum of 3 assurers), the number of partners of the assurers and the number of adults who are being supported under the AoS (up to a maximum of 2 assurees). This is to ensure that the assurer/s has sufficient income to support themselves and the assurees under AoS.


------最后附上AOS SCHEME，2004年引入，最后 一次微调是2008，10年未变，而改变就在4月1号这一瞬间。

AoS担保人金额是  每周295.2 x 52周 x（ 1单人担保 + 1配偶数目 + 1-2个143申请）= 61401.6
大家怎么算出8万多的？

为什么 newstart income cut-off amount 能有28869那么多？

除了担保人的工资提高了，143申请时长是不是也长到3年了？

我个人理解，NSA是590.4每2周，而这个CUT OFF POINT是新的AOS要求的基数。不知道我理解的对不对。从没跟他们打过交道。

和你理解一样，cut off全年的额度大概就是这个数

我的理解是28869是CUT OFF POINT,其实说白了就是如果你的工资达不到28869政府给你NSA。之前AOS的政策是NSA是基数，现在是NSA CUT OFF AMOUNT变成了基数。。这个改变，完全就是TOTALLY变了政策。

我特意翻看了10年前的计算方式，还有最近新的计算方式，最大的不同就是在旧版是NSA作为基数 乘以人数，而现在字面上看是NSA CUT-OFF AMOUNT变成了基数。如果我的理解正确，那么这个变化，完全是以前2个考核方式。以前是要求担保人的收入可以最少COVER 每个人的 政府提供的NSA （2周590.4），以保障最低的生活质量。。而现在，却变成CUT OFF POINT作为考核点，说明现在政府要求担保人的薪水可以满足所有的人（担保者&被担保者&PARTNER&孩子），全部达到不去领救济的收入值。其实，说白了就是如果你的薪水达到了他们要求的担保条件，你们家就再没有理由去领NSA了。

那是不是说1个人担保1个，已婚无孩，真的要88000年薪，而且要连续2-3年的这么高的年薪证明？看得我一身汗。。。今天刚递交的，不够钱啊。他们CENTRELINK为什么现在还在用旧方式算，现在系统都没更新。

我也是这么想的，有人说AOS被拒没关系，赶紧找人重新申请，让CO延时。不行我就去找中介。

是的，AOS方面移民局会等 CO也会等。只要你不是不搭理CO，你的CASE就不会关更不会拒。钱的问题，总有办法可以解决。

LZ仔细看一下，不仅基数变了，计算方式也变了，引入了配偶作为主要变量。

按以前的计算公式有没有配偶没有区别。现在有配偶的AOS担保人会比没有配偶的人多要求一个cut-off amount的收入（就是多了接近3万刀）。

确实如此。只能说他们的思路变了。以前是考虑移民的最低生活保障 而现在是保障他们的福利不被领。而且是只要你家有担保 一家子人都不许领。
