Job Summary
For over 20 years since YHI Power was first established in Australia, the company has grown and diversified its business and is now recognised as a distributor of high quality industrial, automotive and solar batteries and associated products.
We are currently looking for a full-time Internal Sales Support / Customer Service person to join our Melbourne head office.
Working closely with Sales Reps and customers, the main areas of responsibility for the role will include but not be limited to:
1. Process and follow up customer orders, quotes and telephone inquires in a professional and speedy manner.
2. Ensuring Customer orders are received in line with promised delivery date
3. Proactively managing customer interactions via telephone and seizing opportunities to upsell
4. General office duties
Essential Experience Needed
1. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
2. Be proactive and a quick learner
3. Must be able to multi task and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
4. Strong work ethic and a desire to strive for customer satisfaction
5. Medium to advanced excel skill
