帮妈妈申请600签证，收到电邮说：
Details of the medical check you will be required to complete are contained in the Health Examinations List which can be viewed in your ImmiAccount under the health assessment Information (Organise Health Examinations). Please ensure that you take the following with you to the examination:
· Health Examinations List
· HAP ID number (contained in Health Examinations list)
· A clear photo ID (original passport or National ID card) and passport sized photos
按照电邮说的，到ImmiAccount去找那个Health Examinations List，但是，没找到。
后来，填了一个medical history的consent，到最后，出了一个referral letter.
Letter第二页，就有一些要检查的项目。
那个，是否就是所谓的Health Examination List?
