For over 20 years since YHI Power was first established in Australia, the company has grown and diversified its business and is now recognised as a distributor of high quality industrial, automotive, solar batteries and associated products.
Two full-time opportunity now exists for experienced Business Development Managers / Sales Reps at our Melbourne Braeside Office and Sydney Office, to grow our Industrial Battery Business, reporting to Industrial Sales Manager, you will demonstrate your skills daily in this busy environment.
You will be responsible for directly selling company products to customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities.
In addition to the above you will also be responsible for :
• Achieving volume, revenue sales targets as per sales plan.
• Actively participate in the introduction of new products and promotions to the trade, including the effective placement of Point of Sale materials.
The role is suited to an organised and motivated individual who possesses good communication skills and exceptional customer service abilities.
To be considered for this opportunity, you should possess the following:
1. Battery Knowledge in industrial areas are preferred but not essential.
2. A strong commercial acumen and proven customer and results orientation.
3. Superior analytical, conceptual and presentation skills
4. A self-managed, motivated and energetic approach
5. Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills
We also offer a no ceiling commission structure. |
