Our Centre is a leading tutoring college with branches in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. We are currently recruiting a marketing assistant. This is a great opportunity for students undertaking related courses to gain work experience.
The role will encompass a range of administrative tasks which are paramount to the daily functions of the Marketing Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Be able to speak and write Chinese (as the majority of our customers have Chinese background)
• Be available to work in the office during the week
• Support Manager across a full range of marketing activities
• Understand the activities set by the Manager and assist with various programming priorities
• Office support across Radio, Print, Outdoor, Social, Digital
• Oversee administrative tasks for the marketing team
• Timesheets data entry and filing
• Organize incoming tasks and taking phone calls and messages
The position requires the following:
• Be flexible to work week days and weekends however this depends on the volume of work.
• Ideally 1 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; building relationships is key
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• The successful candidate will be expected to interact with consumers.
