The HR Services Coordinator role is an HR generalist role and will be the face of HR. The person will oversee a team to provide high level HR services, advice and solutions to the organisation. They will operate as a true business partner to all line managers to ensure policies, processes and optimisation of systems support the delivery of responsive, contemporary and professional HR Services. We are seeking an HR professional with a strong understanding of contemporary HR policy, practice and systems. They will be well regarded for their leadership skills and capacity to build a strong customer service ethic within a team and outstanding interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders and become a trusted advisor.
The Senior Workplace Relations & Safety Advisor will lead a team of five staff, work across the organisation to provide leadership, direction and specialist advice in the areas of ER/IR, OHS and EEO to ensure a comprehensive approach to workplace risk management and the health, well being and safety of Brimbank staff and contractors. We are seeking someone with solid experience in a diverse and challenging environment, practical knowledge of the relevant legislation and well versed at negotiating with Unions and other key stakeholders. Strong experience in resolving complex issues and implementing strategies to minimize organizational risk and enhance workplace relations.
