Job tasks and responsibilities
The successful applicant would have a core business area of 1500+ homes allocated to them that they would market to.
They would also not be restricted to this area alone.
They would be self motivated and keen to improve his knowledge at all times
We have a supportive team environment and the successful applicant would appreciate how important this is to their own success as well as the office as a whole.
Skills and experience
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- A current and valid driver's license
- Computer skills a necessity as we work with all the latest software programs
- The ability to work proactively and independently
- Ability to liaise with vendors, buyers, valuers and solicitors
- Co-ordinate photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material and agent branding
- Have met the minimum award wage in the past 1 year at least
- Desire to achieve your goals and have a rewarding career
