KEY DUTIES & RESPONSILIBILITES

Training & Orientation of new team members
Door-to-door sales and marketing
Operational and Administration duties
Handle customer inquiries, complaints and after-sale service request
Product installation, loading and unloading
Liaison with Chinese suppliers, government agencies and other third parties
Other ad hoc duties

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Previous sales experience is highly preferable
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks delegated
Must have NSW driver license and own car, forklift license preferred but not essential
Fluent in both English and Mandarin
Previous/(relevant) experience in fire protection products or relevant fields preferred but not essential
