前天ebay上订购了个小东西(Paypal付款),卖家地址显示在Malaysia,但付款后回复是中国深圳的。
付款后不到5分钟,我想起没看到物品尺寸,网页上也没显示,想取消订单来不及就给店家留言要求取消订单并解释没发现尺寸就拍了,能否put order on hold并告知尺寸。
可是,不到两小时邮件通知已发货。既然如此,我也就碰运气吧,毕竟自己没搞清楚就拍了。
今天收到ebay店家的邮件如下:
We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.
1) According to your description, there is not much differences between the real product and eBay description.
2) Maybe it is just not as perfect as you thought, not meet your expectations.
3) To make you feel better, we suggest we refund 30% of the amount you paid as the compensation, OK?
Waiting for your soon reply.
这是什么意思?如果我不同意,东西已经发出,对方肯定不会100%退款(或者提出等拿到东西退货回去后再退钱,那样我得自掏邮费),如果同意,拿到手的也不知道会是啥东西。
刚才看了下卖家评价,不乐观啊!
有遇到这种问题的没?

对方回复如下:
Very sorry for the item, we need to return it to the factory, apply compensate or replace for you.
But ,send it back may cost your more time and money.
How about we refund you 50% of the price and you do not leave us any feedback and do not need to return it ?
Because we also suffer loss, we paid the shipping fee and the eBay final value fee.
You can keep it and do not need to return.
Your understanding would be highly appreciated.

Your explanation is not acceptable.
Why did you send the item out to me when you knew something is wrong with it?
Especially, I had left you a message, asking to put my order on hold for its size information before you sent the item out.

We know it not meet your expectations.But we have low profit in eBay,
We suggest to refund 75% of the amount you paid to you and you keep the item to save your time and money, is it ok?

我怀疑他们根本没发货,因为没tracking信息。明知道东西有问题还发货,然后再来这一套。钱已经被Paypal扣掉,我怎么做才能拿回全部呢? |
