It's not how you get paid, it's what you actually do for the company.
Any director is considered to be a ‘working’ director if they are performing work in the day-to-day operations of the business, which include administrative and management tasks.
In NSW, all payments to a working director (including fees, wages, salary, allowances, fringe benefits, superannuation
etc) are counted as remuneration. Then WC will apply. |
