STAR STRIKER – CLOSE OF PROSPECTUS OFFER
Star Striker Limited (to be renamed ‘Intiger Group Limited’) (ACN 098 238 565) (Company), advises
that its offer of up to 174,030,549 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (Shares)
at an issue price of $0.02 per Share to raise up to $3,480,610.98 (Offer) pursuant to the replacement
prospectus dated 16 June 2016 (Prospectus), has now closed. The Offer was fully subscribed.
This Prospectus was a re-compliance prospectus for the purposes of satisfying Chapters 1 and 2 of
the ASX Listing Rules and to satisfy ASX requirements for re-listing following a change to the nature
and scale of the Company’s activities.
The Company will seek re-admission of its Shares to the Official List on the ASX for the week
commencing 25 July 2016.
