急问强制的探亲保险问题. [复制链接]

接到领事馆通知要买保险了.我在网上买的australianunity保险,收到了一封email的确认函如下:

To Whom It May Concern

Re: Australian Unity Healthy Travel Member

Membership number *******

This is to confirm that the person/s listed below are covered under our non-resident Healthy Travel cover,effective from 15 December 2008. The member can apply for an extension of this cover period at any time.

Following the receipt of $332.86, the membership is paid to 15 March 2009 inclusive.

请问我只需要把这个确认函传真给大使馆就行了吗? 还是一定要等到寄来一份正式的保险合同(比较厚的那种)后才传真呢? 谢谢!!!
