Room with private bathroom for rent in a 4 shared apartment at Unilodge the Steps

I am looking for someone (male student) to take my contract for a room at the Steps at Central Park located next to the Central Park Mall. The Room has its own bathroom; it is all furnished including bed, wardrobe, desk, shelves and its own air conditioning/heater. The rent includes all bills, internet and access to the facilities described below:

- 24/7 gym facilities
- Smart, shared laundry facilities that are cashless and convenient
- Communal and private study areas
- Security office, CCTV and 24/7 onsite assistance
- High-tech facilities (AV and high-speed broadband)
- Residential Life Program including trips, events, fitness and health activities, career and life skill workshops

You would be sharing the kitchen and living room with 3 other people from around the world. The living room is also furnished and includes a big TV with cable.
