含义：毫发无损，用于否定语气的句子中。

例句：

A: I think I've figured out how to resolve the bugs in our latest release of ERP software.
B: Oh really? Look, just between you and me, I overheard chats between your manager & the sales engineer yesterday, they said you didn't even scratch the surface yet.
A: Oh that's nice, you can tell these bitches to kiss my ass.

我在外面一看到就觉得中文对应的是“隔靴搔痒”

不过这个要用在否定语气里。。
