30%-50%的跌幅是通过汇率形式?没想到. [复制链接]

Late last year, used to think the property booming in Mel was not a sustainable one and truly believed there would be a huge correction sooner or later.
Now, although the local property market shows as stagnancy from the perspective of aussie$, the real pty price(or value?) plunge of 30% has already been happening along the past few month in terms of RMB/USD/JPY/...
Is this 30% the end of the story? Or there's sth more spectacular around the corner yet to come?

Actually, approx 30% of my personal income is from a local salary, say, in AUD; at the same time, however,
the other 70% of my cashflow are from overseas in forms of RMB and USD.
Therefore...
