Office Manager / Book keeper

We are a building material company based inWestern Sydney require a hands-on, experienced Part / Full time Office Manager/ Bookkeeper to join our dynamic business. This is an excellent opportunity towork for a fast growing company and be solely responsible for all bookkeepingduties as the company continue to thrive.
The Responsibilities
Processing Purchase Order,invoice and liaise with vendors
l Bankreconciliation's, journals, month end reporting, BAS, GST, Quarterly reviewsand budgeting.
l Assistancewith effective cash flow management
l Managingthe end-to-end accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processing.
l OfficeAdministration
l Answeringphone call / record enquiries
l Stationery / Office supply /Business card order
l Document management and generaloffice chores
What you'll need to succeed
l Experienceand knowledge of MYOB is essential for this role
l ExcellentMicrosoft Office experience
l Independenceand will be able to work autonomously
l Exceptionalwritten and oral communication English
l Strongattention to detail and follow-up
l Well organized,ability to multitask & prioritize
l Pro-active, sense ofresponsibility, independent and customer friendly
