12th Nov, I ask: when? You answer: 25th Nov, been Melbourne then send to Sydney. (Who is lying?)
25th Nov, I ask: when? You answer: next Wednesday (2th Dec) to Blacktown then bring to me Thursday (3th Dec). (Who is lying?)
It is my last time for patience
2th Dec, I ask: when? You answer: no tools, boss will give me call to explain. (6 times telling lie…Please tells me how can I thrust you?)
No excuse! I do not need any explain from anybody.
By the end of this week(4th Dec), you(Sidchrome) have 3 options. 1, give me tools. 2, give me refund (and reparation). 3, see you on fair trading (I have all evidence)!
After end of this week (6th Dec), I make sure that I will not accept any product.
It is a very terrible shopping experience. Waste time, waste money, and waste patience!
