看好一手机，说是新的，在OZMobiles价格比官网便宜100刀。请问这个网站的货可靠吗？

We purchased the Apple iPhone 5a 16GB Gold (NEW) on 26 August 2015. We received it promptly, all seemed great but our daughter couldn't get the fingerprint identity sensor to work. We went straight to Apple store. We were told this iphone was reconditioned and been registered with 2 other owners before us. It had parts missing too. We were gobsmacked!! Thank you Apple who replaced it straight away for a brand newy but how do Ozmobiles get away with this deceitful behaviour? New must not mean "Brand NEW". Please explain OZmobiles.
