有人办理过美国无犯罪证明吗？

美国绿卡，来澳洲旅游，求问如何办理美国无犯罪证明。网上查了，需要州的证明，还有FBI的证明，还是不明白，求办理过的指点下，叩谢了

US citizens and permanent residents: 'FBI Identity History Summary' issued by the FBI or an approved channeller and a State Police Clearance for each State in which you have lived for at least 3 months for the last 12 months.
就是要做'FBI Identity History Summary' 和State Police Clearance 两个吗？

可是，我下面又看到
Approved FBI channellers (US citizens and permanent residents only): The department has approved the following channellers for penal checks for immigration purposes:

这个说是那个代理机构也可以做Identity History Summary' ，因为我查了，他们做的快，才7天，而FBI要11到13周，可是，怎么是为了immigration purposes？我不懂是Identity History Summary'是移民用的？还是被FBI允许的 这个channeller 机构做的Identity History Summary' 是移民用的？到底要不要做Identity History Summary' ？

是不是美国绿卡，旅游的话要做Identity History Summary' 和State Police Clearance ，两个都要做，我理解的对吗？

It takes forever.... you have to apply through FBI, and they only accept USPS.
Go to your local PD to do a finger print, download the form from FBI site, pay by postcheck for background check and return mailing.
Give them about two months....

在国内办过，就是去公证处打指纹把指纹卡寄到美国然后等信回来就好了，大概需要俩月吧。

My two cents, hope it do some helps:

- According to the content, seems you need to provide both ID history summary and state police clearance.

- ID history summary is for many purposes, not just immigration. But... those channellers in list from the website are authorized by FBI for ID history summary checks. If you intend to migrate, then pick one from those listed channellers.

- Yes,  you need to have both.

多谢，人不在国内，在国内就好了，可以找中介或者我去办，还是谢了

那就去美国领事馆据说也有这个服务，但是之前听说只是公民可以，你可以问问悉尼这边是不是也这样。不谢。
